The plot is some nonsense about Dracula and a legend to do with Seven Golden Vampires in China. The bulk of the film concerns professor Van Helsing on a quest (with a load of Kung Fu fighters) to rid the world of the evil vampires. It's all quite predictable but is kept entertaining through the numerous fight scenes that seem to kick in every ten minutes or so. There's a few decent horror.
