But one Eshiwani Akhonya left a well-paying chef’s job in Nairobi to venture into.

Joyland Special Secondary School was established to serve the needs of secondary school learners with physical disabilities living in the Western Kenya region. Police have denied assaulting a 35-year-old man who later died at the Kakamega County General Hospital on Wednesday. Kakamega Central Police boss David Kabena said investigations had been launched into the death of Yusuf Ramadhan, who was allegedly beaten by police enforcing the dusk to dawn curfew in Kakamega town.
